Atlanta Bread Company

Atlanta Bread Company approached Trevelino/Keller for help with its summer 2018 seasonal campaign. The brand was struggling financially and felt it could benefit from a visual update. The menu for the campaign had already been selected, so we had the fun challenge of finding a way to make egg salad look attractive. The following visual campaign was so successful that Atlanta Bread Company signed Trevelino/Keller as its agency of record for all 74 locations in 20 states.

Art Direction

This work with Atlanta Bread Company was my first experience in art direction, and it was a natural fit. I met with the client to discuss requirements — in this case, menu items to promote — and the overall look and feel for the campaign.

I was in charge of putting together art direction for the entire campaign, focusing on the photography production. I provided moodboards, prop direction, and the final shot list. I also worked with the photographer and food stylist on location to ensure that the photography and video produced were in line with the client’s vision.

After gaining the client’s trust with seasonal campaigns, Atlanta Bread Company engaged Trevelino/Keller again to pursue packaging redesign and a menu refresh. The following concepts used assets from its existing brand but applied them in new ways. The result was modern packaging materials inspired by colorful global patterns and menus that clearly communicated the restaurant’s wide range of food offerings.
