Rose Rosenhauer
Rose Rosenhauer is a Creative Director and sustainability strategist who has spent 13 years helping organizations build brands worth believing in.
Currently leading a global creative team at Interface, she works across continents to translate complex ideas into work that’s clear, compelling, and built to last.
She brought the same rigor to her own development — earning her M.A. in Design for Sustainability from SCAD, because she believes the most pressing creative challenges of our time sit exactly at the intersection of brand leadership and systems thinking.
She’s a long-term thinker in an industry that rewards short-term thinking — and she’ll tell you that’s exactly the problem. She slows down on purpose, because the right question is almost always more valuable than a quick solution.
She’s also the kind of person who hand-paints 3D-printed sculptures to give away at concerts, turns cable wall boxes into fairy doors, and believes that staying genuinely curious about the world is non-negotiable — in work and in life.
She’s looking for the work that’s actually worth doing.
